If you are new to email marketing, when you first log in to a new service things can seem a bit daunting, you spend a lot of time working out how to use it. Yeti Mail has made this simple and quick with a guided step by step setup dialogue which ensures that you get it right first time.
It also ensures that you complete the necessary steps to protect yourself from Spam complaints and legal comebacks.

Once you are set up, creating lists, emails and autoresponder sequences is straight forward, and there are all the usual tools for tracking and monitoring performance.

A couple of areas could do with some improvement, to set up your email send address it helps if you have a bit of technical knowledge or are prepared to ask for assistance from your email hosting provider.
Also, some of the processes are not very intuitive and can be a bit confusing at first.
However, this is compensated by the comprehensive documentation and tutorials.

The thing that clinched it for me is the ability to get support from a real person, who has in depth knowledge of the service. In today’s environment of AI Chatbots this is most refreshing.

Do I need an SMTP provider?
Yes. YetiMail manages your contacts, messages, automations and reports, while your connected SMTP provider delivers the email.
Can I import an existing subscriber list?
Yes. You can import subscriber information from CSV and map the available columns to YetiMail fields.
Can I download and back up my lists?
Yes. You can export an individual list, select several lists, or download a backup of all your lists so your audience data remains portable.
Does YetiMail support double opt-in?
Yes. Signup forms can be configured to ask new subscribers to confirm their email address before they become active.
What is Smart Send Time?
It is an optional broadcast delivery mode that uses your own YetiMail engagement history to estimate useful delivery hours. Clicks are weighted most strongly, opens are secondary, and normal queue timing is used when there is not enough history.
Can I create hosted and embeddable signup forms?
Yes. YetiMail includes hosted signup forms and embed code for adding forms to another website.
How are software updates installed?
Updates are supplied through the built-in Patch Manager, which validates each package and supports rollback.
